Buckingham Palace, Westminister Abbey, Big Ben and the London Eye

We packed a huge amount of sites into 6 hours.  It was literally a non stop run.  I never intended us to go to London, but Jen and the kids wanted to see Buckingham Palace at the least.  The tour was good, filled with memorabilia from the recent wedding, but you couldn't take pictures inside.  Hence, most of the pictures you will see are outside.  The London Eye is a must for a quick and complete view of the City.  About a quarter way up, the damn thing stalled and started going backwards.  If Jen was with us, that probably would have been the end of her.  A panic attack followed by a vapor lock would have been assured.  5 minutes later it started up and we continued are way around in a clear version of Mork's egg from the old television show.  There are some great pictures overlooking London.  Enjoy:

The statue behind me is one of my biggest heros:  Winston Churchill.
